Remap your controls
Assign each physical button to the action you want it to perform. The dot lights up when you press that button on your controller, so you can confirm each mapping by feel.
Hold-to-toggle
Turn a button you'd normally hold into one you tap once to start and tap again to stop — less sustained pressure, less strain.
